Greek Yogurt with Dates, Sesame, & Toasted Quinoa
We're always on the lookout for great recipes. This nutty take on yogurt and granola is good for a hearty breakfast, or an afternoon snack. Recipe courtesy of Bon Appetit.

1 tbsp uncooked quinoa
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 chopped pitted Medjool dates
1/2 cup Straus, Oikos, or Wallaby Greek Yogurt

Toast the quinoa and sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the quinoa darkens slightly, about 1½ minutes; let cool. Stir toasted mixture and dates into  Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
